CORPORATE PROJECTS

ENGAGEMED
North Little Rock, Arkansas

EngageMed is a management company located in the North Shore Business Park.  The structure was designed to be modular and flexible in order to adapt to the growth and needs of the business.  This particular building is the second to be planned for the campus and is an evolution of form and materiality from the original building on site.

HUFFMAN & CO.
Little Rock, Arkansas

The manner in which the building was constructed and designed was the driving force for the entire project. It was important to bridge the construction and design world together; architecture and interiors that were seamlessly and purposely one, while highlighting the importance of each. The effectiveness of the implemented construction process and materials is shown through the impact on business, investments, and impressions. These features are represented by architectural elements used on the exterior and carried into the interior.

EURONET SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS
Little Rock, Arkansas

The new renovation to the Euronet office created a fresh new look by promoting energy throughout space. Color and pattern enhance wayfinding and define intimate spaces in an open layout. The color palette pulls from the company’s logo and creates a youthful and vibrant composition.  Color and pattern define different functions and areas as well as identifying paths of egress. The balance of these bright and stimulating colors with neutral materials and finishes on the ceilings and walls allow the space to be more interesting without being too overwhelming. Accent lighting also enhances the architectural vignettes by creating focal points in mundane spaces.  The company wanted to provide a work environment that could compete with similar larger tech companies. They also wanted to modernize the space by redesigning the layout to accommodate more employee spaces.

ARKANSAS DERMATOLOGY CALL CENTER
North Little Rock, Arkansas

A call center office serving a clinic needed a separate space for the coordinators to correspond with patients.  This office provided the healthcare employees a place away from the clinic to ensure privacy from patients and more conducive to an active office setting. The concept explored perceived volume with an exposed ceiling, dropped architectural ceiling elements and high contrast with the sophisticated color palette through the use of wood textures, colors and patterns. Acoustical ceiling blades and dropped ceilings helped define the employee zones while also helping with sound control in the high-phone-use office.

STOCKTON MEDICAL PLAZA
North Little Rock, Arkansas

This Class A Office Building is a real estate development by a physician owner occupant. The design for the shell reflects surgical procedures inspired by the business type. The interiors reflect the cutting of a knife through the use of mirrored diagonal lines in the floor and ceiling that carve through the public areas.  Lines continue from the exterior of the building leading into the entrance to create a unified design for the building while also leading the occupant through the space. Colors and patterns in the floor symbolize different stages of surgery; before, during & after.  The simplicity of the color palette and materials enhances the dramatic lighting and flooring transitions.

ABC FINACIAL
Little Rock, Arkansas

A data management and payment processing company serving fitness centers needed space for their software services office. This office serves as a location for clients and potential clients to visit, so an energetic and lively design was inspired by the fitness centers it serves. The client's signature, bold yellow was used as a unifying element. In addition to being featured in most public spaces, parallel bands of yellow in flooring and ceiling fur downs linked the reception area to the open lounge area through large glass windows to make the spaces feel as one. Although the reception area is secured, this element helps guest feel integrated immediately.

FUQUA CAMPBELL LAW FIRM
Little Rock, Arkansas

This interior finish out of 8,000sf for a law firm occurred in an existing, multi-use building, originally built in the 1970s as apartments. Overcoming low ceilings and narrow spaces, the design team resolved to “create space”, visually and physically. Restricted in width and height, the floor plan strategically ebbs and flows and ceiling heights shift, although slightly, to enhance the sense of volume. Rich tones are used in moderation, an ode to the firm’s past and experience, while layers of white, gray, and polished nickel modernize their image and keep the space bright. The contrast in materials, colors, and reflectivity guide the eye to dance between elements. Rich tones provide depth to layers of light finishes, maximizing the illusion of space.
