THE FITZROY SAN MARCOS APARTMENTS

CHENALWOODS CONDOMINIUMS
Little Rock, Arkansas
The only gated, private golf-course condominium project in Little Rock, ChenalWoods is truly unique. The resort style setting includes an open air pool cabana, a fitness center and a putting green. The Mediterranean-style architecture with stucco and stone walls boasts seventy-two residences with seven distinctive floor plan variations among a complex of six buildings. Residences boast private terraced balconies, high-end appliances, luxurious finishes and picturesque golf course views. Finishes and fixtures were selected for the units based on Traditional, Transitional & Contemporary styles. In addition, Williams & Dean Interiors was chosen to stage two model units with furnishings fitting to the model’s finish scheme.
HENDRIX APARTMENTS
Conway, Arkansas
This student housing project on the Hendrix College campus consists of three buildings. Two buildings are six-unit, two-story townhouses with a common laundry and community room. The third building holds 16 apartment units. Altogether this project provides Hendrix College with 72 new beds in 28 dwelling units. This project was completed in 2008.
HENDRIX VILLAGE
Conway, Arkansas
1050 Ellis Avenue and 1700 Altus Street are feature buildings that surround the village green at the Village at Hendrix. This new planned development in Conway, Arkansas is based on new urbanism principles for a traditional neighborhood development. These two facilities house a total of 130 Hendrix College students in thier 63 dwelling units. The approximate 10,000 square feet on the ground floor of each building is set aside for commercial and retail uses. The structure on Ellis Avenue uses two different architectural styles to break up the scale of the building and add variety to the surrounding environment. Williams & Dean worked closely with town urbanists Lew Oliver, Inc. on these featured buildings. This facility opened to Hendrix College students for the 2009 fall semester.
WIMBLEDON GREEN APARTMENTS
Little Rock, Arkansas
Constructed under a HUD program for market rate apartments, this project includes 96 dwelling units in 12 buildings. The units are a mixture of one and two bedrooms. Amenities include a clubhouse with a fitness room and a pool.
PARKLAND HEIGHTS CONDOMINIUMS
Little Rock, Arkansas
Parkland Heights is a phased luxury condominium development. Phase One includes 19 luxury condominiums and a clubhouse, as well as a pool and a playground. 162 condominiums total are planned for future phases of development.
