NEW RESIDENCE IN CENTRAL ARKANAS

Our architectural design team is hard at work on this contemporary residence located in Little Rock. These are some schematic images we developed to make sure we are on track to provide a home that matches our client’s desires and exceeds their expectations. Listening to a client and helping them develop a program that meets their needs and matches their vision is extremely important to Williams & Dean. The visualizations we show to our clients are immensely helpful in communicating our design to our clients, and we are excited to see how this project evolves!

ARKANSAS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION HEADQUARTERS

Williams & Dean Architecture I Interior Design teamed up with Hydco General Contractor / Construction Management to renovate the former Family Life Building on HWY 10. This three story 97,000 square foot building will be the new headquarters for the Arkansas Federal Credit Union. This new location will house all the operations under one roof, provide new amenities for employees, include a 5,000 square foot branch with a drive through and allow for future growth. The exterior façade of the building will be updated as well. These improvements involve adding a prominent blue entry element that has become a recognizable symbol at AFCU’s new construction and recently renovated branch buildings. There will also be the addition of various sized covered exterior balconies and massing elements that will add depth and character to the existing repetitious façade. The renovated building will be wrapped with new exterior lighting designed to enhance the building’s prominent features at night and provide a signature look for AFCU’s new headquarters.
