COLTON'S 
Arkansas

A longtime client came to Williams & Dean wanting to upgrade their restaurant chain. They had worked with WD for years producing Bonanza Steakhouses. A team including kitchen and decor designers gave input and we produced building renovation design and construction documents. After several stores were redesigned, this concept was turned into a new prototype restaurant. The new concept, called Colton’s Steak House and Grill, has become a regional franchise.

SANTO COYOTE 
Little Rock, Arkansas

The 4,900 sf tenant finish out was completed in the Summer of 2012. The full service restaurant and cantina incorporates an innovative division of spaces and unique finishes and lighting throughout. All of which were selected with the creative design concept based around the Mexican desert at sunset as the driving force. Considering the arrival and experience throughout the spaces was an important part of the design process. This mid to upper end project features a hostess foyer with curved wall and fiber optic ceiling, a large bar and cantina space as well as a more intimate dining area with ambiant lighting. Custom booths, tables, and banquettes were also used throughout the project.
